Terms of Payment and Delivery

All of our offers are based on the following terms and conditions:

Prices : EXW (Incoterms last edition) packing, insurance and VAT not included
Delivery Time : after agreement
Payment : 40% by order / 60% before loading / dismantling

Our offer to act as an agent are without obligation, goods are subject to prior sales, changes and mistakes reserved. Please understand that we must exclude any warranty on used machines-what you see, is what you buy. The buyer have the right to inspect the machine / plant before ordering.

If required, however, we are able to offer completely overhauled machine that include a warranty. As a rule, completion of the sale is done directly between buyer and seller. As an intermediary, we always act to the best of our knowledge, yet we cannot assume any responsibility for possible disputs after the purchase. If required, GMB is also prepared to handle the entire transaction for you.
